As new year comes, everything is new. In order to conduct the work summary for 2015 and plan for 2016, as well as stimulation for the best and improvement employees’ enthusiasm and company’s cohesion, Junchao conducts the commendation conference and new year party in the conference room of first building, and all leaders and employees are present. The conference consists of four parts, namely, work summary including though exchange of work in 2015 and future vision in 2016, speech from General Manager, and award ceremony.

During the conference, manager in all departments make speeches which involve the achievement, shortcoming and improvement and working plans in 2016.

After reports of work summary, department of people operation awards the teams and individuals with good performance. The Best Team, The Best Contribution, and The Excellent Manager go to Property Department, Finance Department and Engineering Department. Company awards all these people with handsome bonus for their efforts.
